Boxing has seen some fights turn into spectacles over the years, but the sport has never seen an event quite like this one. YouTube star Jake Paul will enter the ring against former MMA champion Ben Askren in the headline fight of a Triller Fight Club event that will also showcase Frank Mir, Antonio Tarver, and others. In a cross-promotion with the Triller app, there will be tons of musicians and bands giving performances too as part of the spectacle. Justin Bieber, The Black Keys, Diplo, Major ... 

We will see former WBC super welterweight champion Tony Harrison enter the ring for the first time since losing his title when he takes on Bryant Perrella. Harrison (28-3 with 21 knockouts) hasn’t entered the ring since losing his title to Jermell Charlo in December 2019. He is ready to get back at it and win back the belt, but he must first get past Perrella (17-3 with 14 knockouts).... 

The vacant WBO light heavyweight belt will be up for grabs the second weekend of April. Joe Smith Jr. (26-3 with 21 KOs) will take on Maxim Vlasov (45-3 with 26 KOs) for the strap on a Top Rank card. They were originally supposed to face off in Las Vegas on February 13, but that fight had to be pushed back after Vlasov contracted COVID. Both fighters have contended for major belts in the past, yet neither Smith nor Vlasov has claimed one at this juncture.... 

After multiple postponements, Jamel Herring will finally defend his WBO junior lightweight belt against Carl Frampton on Easter Weekend. This bout was originally supposed to take place in November, but it had to be moved back by two months after Herring developed some eye issues after his September fight with Jonathan Oquendo. COVID forced another postponement in January, and Frampton suffered a hand injury during training in late February to lead to two more delays.... 

We are finally going to see a rematch between Alexander Povetkin and Dillian Whyte on Saturday, March 27. This rematch was originally supposed to take place on November 21, 2020, but the match had to be postponed due to Povetkin testing positive for COVID-19. Eddie Hearn was hopeful to get these two heavyweights in the ring in Manchester on February 20 and then again on March 6, but neither date worked so he took the fight to Gibraltar where it now has the catchy title, “Rumble on the Rock”.... 

It’s been 17 months since light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev last entered the ring. Beterbiev was originally supposed to take on Meng Fanlong in China last March, but that bout was postponed due to COVID. Fanlong was replaced as the opponent in October when he couldn’t secure a visa, opening the way for Adam Deines to challenge for the title. After almost a decade, we will finally see a rematch between Juan Francisco Estrada and Roman Gonzalez. These two squared off for the WBA light flyweight title in November 2012 in Los Angeles, and Gonzalez won a unanimous decision. Estrada (41-3 with 28 knockouts) will look to avenge that earlier defeat, while Gonzalez (50-2 with 41 knockouts) is out to win back one of the straps he lost a few years ago.... 

History will be made on Friday when the first all-women’s boxing pay per view takes place in Flint, Michigan. Two-time Olympic gold medalist Claressa Shields will headline the card in her hometown when she takes on Marie-Eve Dicaire in a light middleweight unification bout. Shields (10-0 with two knockouts) has only lost once in her entire career, but Dicaire (17-0) might be her toughest test yet.... 

The biggest draw in boxing will return to the ring after a short layoff on Saturday, February 27. Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez will defend his three super middleweight belts against Avni Yildirim. Alvarez (54-1-2 with 36 KOs) isn’t expected to receive much of a challenge from his opponent, but Yildirim (21-2 with 12 KOs) is out to prove he shouldn’t be underestimated. ... 

Two of the top super featherweights in the world will meet on Saturday, February 20 in Las Vegas, Nevada, as Miguel Berchelt will defend his WBC title against unbeaten Oscar Valdez. Berchelt comes into this bout with a record of 37-1 with 33 knockouts, while Valdez is 28-0 with 22 knockouts. Berchelt is listed as more than a 3-1 favorite in boxing odds to win this bout. This will be the headline fight for an ESPN card on February 20, 2021. The main event is scheduled to get underway at about 10 ... 

Two of the top super featherweights in the world will square off in southern California with the IBF title belt on the line the day before Valentine’s Day. JoJo Diaz defends his strap against IBF mandatory challenger Shavkatdzhon Rakhimov. Diaz is 31-1 with 15 knockouts, and he is coming off the most successful fight of his career. Meanwhile, Rakhimov is 15-0 with 12 KOs, and he is returning to the ring after more than a year off due to some controversy. This will be the headline fight for a DAZ... 

There is a ton of boxing on Valentine’s Day weekend with three separate promotions putting forward a card on Saturday, February 13. Top Rank’s event will headline Joe Smith Jr. taking on Maxim Vlasov for the vacant light WBO light heavyweight title in Sin City. Smith is 26-3 with 21 knockouts coming into this title bout, while Vlasov is 42-3 with 26 KOs. This fight will headline an ESPN card that is slated to get underway at 10 p.m. ET.
