2014 Irwin Tools Night Race Winner - Joey Logano wins at Bristol
Joey Logano took the lead from Matt Kenseth with 44 laps remaining and scooted to his third NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory of the season in Saturday's IRWIN Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The Team Penske driver, who led 76 of the 500 laps, held off Brad Keselowski by 0.391 seconds at the Bristol Motor Speedway.
It added to Logano's victories at the Duck Commander 500 and Toyota Owners 400 earlier this season.
Joe Gibbs Racing driver Matt Kenseth ended up third, while fourth-placed Jimmie Johnson ( Hendrick Motorsports ) was close to four seconds behind the winner.
Hendrick Motorsports' Jeff Gordon remains top of the standings with 845 points, clear of team-mate Dale Earnhardt Jr ( 818 ).Keselowski ( 776 ), Logano ( 761 ), Kenseth ( 751 ) and Johnson ( 726 ) make up the top six.
2013 Irwin Tools Night Race Winner - Results from Bristol Motor Speedway race
Matt Kenseth held off Kasey Kahne for 12 nerve-racking laps to hang on and win Saturday night at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The win is the fifth of the season for Kenseth, most in the Sprint Cup Series, and clinches a spot in the Chase for the championship.
Kahne passed Juan Pablo Montoya for second and set his sights on Kenseth. Kahne tried numerous times over the final dozen laps to make the pass but never could make it stick. He went for the bump and run on the last lap and missed, and has to settle for second.
2012 Irwin Tools Night Race Winner - Denny Hamlin rules Irwin Tools Night Race
Denny Hamlin edged Jimmie Johnson to the checkered flag Saturday to capture his third Sprint Cup Series win of the season in the Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The victory was the 20th Cup race of Hamlin's career and the record 200th for the No. 11 car. Hamlin is now tied with Johnson, Brad Keselowski and Tony Stewart for the series lead in wins.
Joe Gibbs Racing, for its part, captured its fifth win of 2012, 98th all-time and sixth at Bristol.
After a heated battle, Hamlin passed Carl Edwards for the lead on Lap 462 but didn't clear the No. 99 Ford until both drivers traded shots.
Jeff Gordon ran third, followed by Brian Vickers and Marcos Ambrose. Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Joey Logano, Kasey Kahne and Paul Menard rounded out the top 10.
The newly-ground surface at the .533-mile short track owned by Bruton Smith produced 13 cautions and plenty of emotion and flare-ups.
2011 Irwin Tools Night Race Winner - Brad Keselowski Wins Irwin Night Race At Bristol
Brad Keselowski's hot streak got hotter Saturday night, as he won the Irwin Tools Night Race at the Bristol Motor Speedway, his third win in 2011 and the fourth of his career. Keselowski has now finished third or better in his last four races and set himself up as one of the likeliest threats to Jimmie Johnson's championship reign with just two races remaining till the Chase.
Martin Truex Jr. finished second by inches over Jeff Gordon, who dominated for much of the race by leading 206 laps. Johnson finished fourth, while Jamie McMurray had perhaps his best race all year in finishing fifth. Matt Kenseth finished sixth after having perhaps the second-best car to Gordon most of the night. Denny Hamlin, polesitter Ryan Newman, Carl Edwards, and Marcos Ambrose rounded out the top-10.
Kyle Busch, the pre-race favorite thanks to his recent history at Bristol, led only four laps and finished a disappointing 13th. He was seeking his third-consecutive win in the Irwin Tools Night Race and his third overall win at the track.

Busch fended off strong challenges from David Reutimann and Jamie McMurray to win Saturday's Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway and complete his unprecedented sweep of three NASCAR national touring events at the same track in the same week.
On Lap 429 of 500, Busch nosed past Reutimann after an intense 15-lap battle and pulled away to a Cup Series victory that fit quite nicely with his win Wednesday in the Truck Series and his triumph Friday in the Nationwide Series.
