Chagaev enters on a seven-fight winning streak. He won the vacant WBA heavyweight title on September 6th, 2014 with a majority decision over Fres Oquendo, and then retained it by defeating Francesco Planeta with a first-round technical knockout in his most recent bout on July 11th, 2015.
This is a very intriguing fight since Chagaev is a proven champion while Browne has been quite impressive early in his career. Chagaev’s body of work could make him the favorite but Brown hopes to stay unblemished in this title clash in boxing gambling.
