Parker has defeated any and all comers this far and will now aim to fight opponents higher on the championship ladder.
This will be a good test for both fighters, with Takam the more experienced fighter heading into it. He will likely be the favorite but Parker can make a huge leap by winning this bout and remaining undefeated. A lot of fighters can do well early on, but their mettle is really proved once they get near the top of the rankings.
