The frustration is really starting to mount for Swansea City as the relegation line gets closer and closer.

The Swans could really use some points on Sunday against Tottenham, but getting a result at White Hart Lane is a tough ask for anyone.

ODDS ANALYSIS

Tottenham's home form hasn't been as dominant as you'd think for the team with the best goal differential in the Premier League. It's not that 7-4-2 is all that bad, but you'd think the Spurs would be in better shape than that.

The reason why Tottenham is -220 in this game and -1.5 on the Asian Handicap is because the Swans are just 2-4-6 on the road this year.

The total is set at a flat 2.5, but that shouldn't be a huge surprise with Swansea scoring just 11 goals away from home in 12 matches in 2015-16.

KEY INJURIES

The only real question mark on either side of note in this game is Hugo Lloris. Tottenham's net minder has a shoulder injury which kept him sidelined for the FA Cup match against Crystal Palace at home. In that duel, Michel Vorm gave up a soft goal to give the Eagles the advantage and the win. If Lloris can't play in this one, Vorm will have to step between the pipes once again.

QUOTE TO NOTE

"We are in a period now where it's impossible to rest, so we need to be focused every day and ready to compete." – Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino on the home stretch for the Spurs this season

RECENT FORM

We're really starting to get worried about the prospects of Swansea getting relegated this season. The Swans have picked up just two points in their last three matches in the EPL, and they're now just three points clear of the drop zone and are playing like a team destined to ultimately fall to the Championship.

Tottenham has been in great form in the Premier League, winning five straight matches. However, the Spurs also have mixed in a lousy 1-0 loss against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup and a disappointing1-1 draw at Fiorentina in the Europa Cup as well from last week.

ANALYSIS AND ODDS PREDICTION

We're really not sure where the Swans are going from here. They've had a terrible time trying to put the ball in the back of the net, and after a year where both Gylfi Sigurdsson and Bafetimbi Gomis had fantastic campaigns, both have struggled mightily this year to find their scoring stride.

Though Tottenham has had a tough time of late, we still think it has the quality and the form to come through this one by a couple goals. Harry Kane, though quiet in terms of actual goals, has been productive, while Dele Alli continues to make things happen out of the midfield with fantastic strikes and setups.

It's a bit concerning that Lloris is banged up, but Pochettino was quick to point the finger at his back four for allowing that goal against Crystal Palace instead of blaming Vorm. We expect a bounce back performance out of Vorm in this one if he plays, but either way, we don't expect to see Swansea City get on the scoring ledger.
