Real Madrid a heavy favorite to knock off Tottenham Hotspur in Munich on ESPN2 Tuesday

Many suspect there will be one-way traffic Munich on Tuesday afternoon, where Tottenham will play its last tune-up match for the Premier League season against Real Madrid.

ODDS ANALYSIS

With the team back in form, Real Madrid is easily expected to win this match against an inferior foe. Tottenham is a goal and a half underdog on the Asian Handicap, while Los Galacticos are -250 to take the win in 90 minutes.

Totals in Real Madrid matches are all going to be really high this year, and this one is no exception. You won't see a 3 hung on the board each and every week, but in this case, considering how well this offense has played in some of its friendlies, the number is actually verging on 3.5 at 3 with the vig on the over playing at -130.

QUOTE TO NOTE

"What Kane did was excellent. He was by far the best strike I played against last year. He has got to be able to do that year after year, though." – Chelsea defender John Terry when asked about Tottenham striker Harry Kane

RECENT FORM

We've only seen Tottenham in one semi-competitive match this year, and it was a brutal disappointment to see the club get beaten by the MLS All-Stars in Denver. It was an awful display offensively in the 2-1 defeat, as the only goal came on a vicious strike by Kane from the edge of the area on a counterattack.

Real Madrid has had some moments where it has looked downright scary. The team blasted Manchester City 4-1 in the International Champions Cup, and it came back three days later to take care of Inter Milan 3-0.

Aside from that, Los Galacticos have been nothing particularly special in scoreless draws against AS Roma and AC Milan. This though, is the easiest fixture which the team has played, and there expects to be a decent-sized contingent of Spanish fans making the trek to Munich as a part of the Audi Cup.

ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION

What really makes Real Madrid so dangerous in these friendly matches is its depth. Spain's U-19 captain, Jesus Vallejo is a supreme talent coming to the squad from Real Zaragoza, and he joined with other young transfers from the offseason, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vazquez, Casemiro, Denis Cheryshev, Lucas Silva and Danilo should all be on the pitch in this one at some point.

Tottenham shows its problems against the MLS All-Stars when it couldn't really field a proper 4-2-3-1 at any point over the course of the match when it started subbing out players.

Kane is one of the best strikers in the world, but Tottenham fans had better not get all that used to him. For our money, this team is nowhere near as good as it was last season, knowing that there is no striker depth whatsoever beyond Kane, and that is going to be a big problem for Mauricio Pochettino.

Real Madrid's big names should continue to be huge in this one. Cristiano Ronaldo looks as dangerous as anyone in the world right now as well, and if he finds the back of the net as we suspect, the youngsters for Los Galacticos should end up doing enough to take care of this match relatively easily against a team which isn't as fit defensively as it thinks that it is.
