This Saturday’s UFC 214 card is special: it’s loaded from top to bottom with three title fights, top contender bouts and stars are all the way down to the prelims. We can assuredly say that this is the best fight card so far in 2017, particularly because it features the return of Jon Jones - the greatest fighter of the generation.

But even Jones can’t overshadow some of the ridiculously awesome scraps on this card, like the promised bloodshed between Robbie Lawler and Robert Cerrone, the chess match between welterweight champ Tyron Woodley and Demian Maia, and the fact that Cris “Cyborg”, the most dominant woman fighter in the world, is finally fighting for the title.

But you don’t need me to hype this card up any further. Let’s get straight into the UFC odds at BookMaker.eu and surmise your best betting options.

Bet on UFC odds at BookMaker.eu

Main Event, Light Heavyweight Championship

Jon Jones -260
Daniel Cormier +205
Over/under 4.5 rounds, over -180, under +140

Common Sense Says...

There are so many things working in Cormier’s favor, yet he’s still more than a 2-1 underdog. Despite the fact that Jones looked lackluster in his last bout and hasn’t fought in a while, his prior body of work requires oddsmakers to make him the heavy favorite going in. In theory, there is just no answer for his generational blend of length and talent.

Because Jones is so expensive, the over on 4.5 rounds is your best play. It’s much more affordable than the former champ’s money line. Cormier has never been finished, and Jones wasn’t able to stop DC even at the peak of his powers.

UFC odds pick: Over 4.5 rounds

Co-Main Event, Welterweight Championship

Tyron Woodley -200
Demian Maia +160
Over/under 2.5 rounds, over +110, under -140

Common Sense Says…

Maia’s most recent outing against Jorge Masvidal is an excellent gauge of how this matchup will likely play out. The Brazilian looked completely out of his element in the striking exchanges, and he had to struggle to get the fight to the ground and keep it there - escaping with a split decision win in the process.

Masvidal is a former lightweight, and Maia was able to bully him to the ground. He won’t be able to do that Woodley - a huge, explosive welterweight with an NCAA Division I wrestling background. With most of the fight being contested on the feet, Maia is likely going to take a beating from the faster Woodley.

UFC odds pick: Woodley to win at -200

Women’s Featherweight Championship

Cris Justino -1213
Tonya Evinger +655
Over/under 1.5 rounds, over +210, under -275

Common Sense Says…

Evinger is Justino’s toughest opponent in years, but she’s still a natural bantamweight fighting up a weight class against a human buzzsaw. Not a single woman has been able to withstand Justino’s murderous offensive outbursts, and Evinger - bless her brave soul - simply doesn’t have the physical strength to do so either.

Let’s just take solace in the fact that Justino is facing a real opponent - Evinger is unbeaten in 11 straight fights and is the current Invicta FC bantamweight champion. The safe bet here is Justino to win, with the under on 1.5 rounds a bit riskier but offering a better payout.

UFC odds pick: Justino to win at -1213

Featherweight

Ricardo Lamas +100

Jason Knight -130

Over/under 2.5 rounds, over -190, under +150

Common Sense Says…

Knight AKA “Hick Diaz”, will get a chance to shine on the big stage and establish himself as a top contender at 145 pounds. It won’t be easy, as he meets perennial contender Ricardo Lamas - a man who whose only UFC losses have come against champions and No. 1 contenders.

This is honestly one of the night’s most difficult fights to predict a winner. Lamas is far more experienced against top competition, but the 35-year old has to fend off a young stud with loads of momentum. Your value play here is the over on 2.5 rounds - both men are exceedingly durable and skilled, making a decision the likely result.

UFC odds pick: Over 2.5 rounds -190

Welterweight

Robbie Lawler -160
Donald Cerrone +130
Over/under 2.5 rounds, over -130, under +110

Common Sense Says...

Let’s be clear: in this matchup all the fans win. Despite the fact that it’s not a main or co-main, this is the scrap that hardcore fans are most excited about. Robbie Lawler is the king of epic dogfights, and Cerrone will only be too happy to oblige him in one.

Both men are high level strikers with different styles. Lawler prefers to box, letting his knockout power do most of the work. Cerrone relies on a dynamic kickboxing game that uses all four limbs. It’s power vs. speed here, with Lawler getting the slight favorite nod.

In a five-round fight, I’d have faith in Lawler pulling it out. But with just three rounds to work with, Cerrone as an underdog is the pick. Why? Lawler has a habit of letting opponents tee off, and Cowboy will likely pile up the volume. The former welterweight champ is always a threat for a last-second comeback, but it will be difficult against a striker as skilled as Cerrone.

UFC odds pick: Cerrone to win at +130

Light Heavyweight

Jimi Manuwa -165
Volkan Oezdemir +135
Over/under 1.5 rounds, over +130, under -160

Common Sense Says…

Oezdemir’s meteoric rise through the 205-pound rankings is one of the most surprising stories of the year. In a short notice UFC debut, he shocked former title contender Ovince St. Preux. In his followup, the Swiss puncher laid out blue chip prospect Misha Cirkunov in less than 30 seconds. Seriously, who is this guy?

Sorry, but the fairy tale likely ends against Jimi Manuwa, who is now the division’s premier knockout artist. Oezdemir is a striker first, and anybody who isn’t Anthony “Rumble” Johnson is going to have a bad night trying to stand up with the British headhunter.

UFC odds pick: Manuwa to win at -165
